Can't Sleep? Have Racing Thoughts? Try this!

😳 Can't sleep? have racing thoughts or anxiety? Grab some @auracacia organic sesame oil. Warm the oil in a container of hot water. Slowly and methodically begin to massage the soles of the feet to ground your energy. Make circles around the ankle joints and heels. use knuckles and give the space between your toes some love. Think loving thoughts and thank your feet for taking you wherever you need to go. Focus on the sensations you feel and deepen your breath. After you've spent a good 5-10min on each foot, try to go back to sleep. 😴
