Come on in, and have a seat

Curious about meditation? Like my teacher says, "there are an infinite number of doorways into meditation". Your goal is to find one that feels right and comfortable for you. Below are just two examples of some guided meditations I created with you in mind.


 The first is a guided centering meditation which is great at the beginning of the day. The second is a short but sweet body scan to listen right before bed time.
