Your New Favorite High Protein, Low Carb Smoothie


If you love avocado as much as I do, this one's for you! This is my healthy version of an avocado milkshake. Can be completely Vegan with substitutions.

Servings: 2


Ingredients:

1/2 cup 0% fat Fage Greek Yogurt (or non-dairy substitute)

1 small California avocado

1/2 cup frozen pineapple tidbits (Trader Joe's)

1/2 frozen banana

1 large handful of baby spinach

1 tbsp ground flax

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds

2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

2 cups Unsweetened Vanilla-Coconut Almond Milk (or other substitute)


Directions:

Pour liquid in blender first, then add fruit, yogurt and dry ingredients last, blend until smooth and enjoy!
