Sometimes the hard thing is the thing that is best for us. Like going to the gym regularly, eating healthy, meditating, practicing yoga... the list goes on and on. The easy thing is easy because it's comfortable, familiar. But, after you start eating healthy or practicing yoga it starts to feel less uncomfortable and more familiar thus becoming "the new norm". That's the secret of transformation. Plus, no one ever says; "man, I wish I didn't go to yoga or eat healthy today". If it feels uncomfortable, then take that as a good sign you're on the right track!
