🍓Berry Cooling Summer Smoothie🍓


  • Fresh or Frozen Berries

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 1/2" fresh ginger (or powder)

  • Sprinkles of Cardamom

  • shredded coconut to garnish (optional)

  • Ice for added texture (optional)

Add everything to blender and blend until smooth or desired texture

*never add banana, dairy or other fruits*

Ginger aids digestion

Best to have mid-day by itself (12-4pm)
