10 Days of Mindfulness (for teachers)

You don't have to tell me teaching is hard work; I was in public education for 9 years. That's exactly why I created this course, because I know what it's like to feel depleted and overwhelmed with no end in sight (except for winter break). But it doesn't have to be that way anymore.
This isn't just about meditation. It's about helping teachers deal with the ever increasing demands of their jobs, their lives and relationships. It's about bringing JOY back into the classroom and preventing burnout. It's about living mindfully by developing sustainable self-care practices which includes WAY more than just meditation. It's about breath work, living in tune with nature, improving boundaries, communication skills and SO much more!
