Kristin's guided centering was so calming. I have never taken so much time to just feel everything around me. It was almost an out of body experience. I came out of it feeling way better than I did before I listened. I would totally recommend this to anyone who needs to get out of their own head or get away from the rest of the world, even if it's just for a few minutes.
I loved yoga at Canalside led by Kristin. Her class was empowering, playful and enjoyable. I am a long time practitioner of yoga, yet she was still able to introduce a few new things to me (e.g. shooting my bow and arrow), while still providing the classic asanas my body needs. Kristin is one of a kind and I look forward to her trips back to Buffalo.
